Shelby County is seeking at least one qualified Fiscal Intermediary (FI) to deliver a self‑direction fiscal intermediary service combined with support‑brokerage for participants who will receive a capped annual budget of $7,850. The vendor will design service delivery (in‑person, remote, or hybrid), propose a per‑member‑per‑month (PMPM) rate, and handle all employment‑related costs (background checks, workers’ compensation, FLSA benefits) within the participant budget. Invoicing is monthly, with payment due on the 5th of the following month. The program is not yet operational; there are currently no participants or workers.
