Professional Services for Civil Engineering, Environmental, Transportation, Traffic Engineering, Planning, Landscape, Structural Engineering, Surveying and Geotechnical

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified consultants who offer general engineering consulting, planning, and design services. The County intends to award continuing service agreements with a pool of consultants to perform professional services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes civil engineering, environmental, transportation, traffic engineering, planning, landscape, structural engineering, surveying, and geotechnical services. • The selected consultants will be required to provide professional services for various projects, including but not limited to, road and bridge construction, transportation planning, and environmental studies. • The consultants will be expected to have experience in managing comparable projects in size and scope and must demonstrate their ability to meet time and budget requirements. • The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids without cause and to waive technical and non-technical or non-material defects in the Request for Bids or submittal of any Bid. • The County has a local preference policy and Buy American policy, and interested vendors are advised to review these policies before submitting their qualifications.
