Description

The County of Atlantic seeks a single‑award competitive contract to deliver a statewide gun‑violence‑prevention program for 6th‑ and 7th‑grade students. The program must use an evidence‑based curriculum, provide weekly group counseling, family‑engagement services, mediation, and connect youth to community resources. Funding is $90,000 for FY 2027 with the possibility of up to three one‑year renewals subject to performance and continued funding. All proposals must be submitted electronically via BidExpress by 10/27/2026 and include extensive certifications, insurance, and compliance documentation. • Deliver evidence‑based counseling and prevention workshops to Atlantic County 6th‑/7th‑grade youth. • Provide family‑engagement, mediation, and community‑resource linkage components. • Submit a detailed line‑item budget, organizational chart, audit, ethics and background‑check policies, and required certifications (Iran, Russia/Belarus, affirmative‑action, non‑collusion, etc.). • Meet reporting requirements: quarterly programmatic reports, annual monitoring visit, and data entry into the Juvenile Automated Management System (JAMS). • Maintain required insurance coverage (general liability, workers’ comp, motor vehicle, umbrella, professional liability, and improper sexual contact) at the limits specified in the Insurance Requirements document.

Budget estimate

$85,000 – $110,000

The solicitation allocates $90,000 in State/Community Partnership Grant funds for the 2027 program year. Assuming the contractor must cover overhead, staff salaries, supplies, and the mandated 8 % indirect‑cost ceiling, the realistic earned revenue for the contractor will be close to the full grant amount. Minor variations may arise from required insurance premiums and administrative fees, yielding an estimated budget range of roughly $85K–$110K.
