The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District is seeking information for the construction of a foreign military sales, training center to support the bed down of the F-35 aircraft located at Ebbing Field ANG in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The scope of work includes the construction of two separate buildings: an Academic Training Center and a Squadron Operations Facility. The facilities will provide spaces for training classrooms, flight simulator training, conference rooms, administrative and administrative support spaces, and more.
