Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from prequalified vendors to provide construction services for the Watauga County Acquisition and Demolition Group 1 project. The project is part of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and involves the acquisition and demolition of residential properties. Vendors must submit their bids through the Sourcing Tool, and the bid must include all required attachments and information. The contract term is for one year, and the vendor will be required to begin work within 14 business days of the effective date. The vendor will be responsible for providing construction management, subcontracting construction services, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring all inspections and certificates are acquired by completion of the project.
