Description
West Liberty University is seeking an architectural/engineering firm to design and administer construction of six new offices and an egress hallway on the fourth floor of Campbell Hall. The scope includes program refinement, detailed architectural and MEP design, preparation of bid documents, construction contract administration, and post‑contract close‑out. The contract is a one‑year firm‑price agreement with the possibility of up to four renewals, funded by state appropriations and contingent on a $250,000 construction budget.
