Atlantic County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide county‑wide roadside deer carcass removal and disposal services for the Atlantic County Cooperative, which includes municipalities, school districts and other authorities. The contractor will respond to service requests, remove carcasses from public rights‑of‑way, transport them to a licensed disposal facility, and submit required daily and monthly documentation. The contract is a fixed‑price, per‑carcass arrangement with a two‑year term and will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• Perform next‑day carcass pick‑up (by 5 p.m. the day after a request) across all cooperative member roadways.
• Provide 24/7 toll‑free request line, maintain on‑call staffing (Mon‑Fri) and equipped service vehicle with flashing lights and safety gear.
• Submit daily logs and monthly activity reports; comply with all safety, traffic‑management, and waste‑disposal regulations; maintain required insurance and certifications.
