Description
The Department of the Air Force, 81st Contracting Squadron (AETC), is seeking a supplier to provide natural gas to Keesler AFB. The supplier must have an active agreement under Delta's network, as Delta Utilities is the only areawide utility distribution point for natural gas for Keesler AFB. The contract will be a firm fixed price economic price adjustment. The supplier must provide pricing formula with the proposal. The place of delivery is the Keesler AFB designated distribution network point of origin located at the city natural gas station on Rippy Rd in Gulfport, MS.
• The contract requires the supplier to provide natural gas in accordance with the Statement of Work.
• The supplier must have past performance documentation demonstrating the capability to provide natural gas in quantities similar to those required for the subject acquisition.
• The technical evaluation will determine if the proposal clearly meets the objectives listed in the attached Statement of Work.
• The award will be determined based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
