Description
The Town of Clinton is seeking proposals for Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) services to support the partial remediation of a 7.43-acre parcel located at 172 Sterling Street. The proposed work includes evaluation of prior assessments and remedial actions, recommendation for next-phase site remediation, community engagement, remediation oversight, reporting, and grant administration. The estimated project cost is $490,000.
• The project is funded by a Brownfields Cleanup Grant.
• The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
• The award of contract is by the Clinton Select Board.
• The project is subject to the continued availability of funds.
