The City of Kentwood is seeking proposals for the demolition and site cleanup of a property located at 5260 Settlers Pass. The successful bidder will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, furnishing all necessary materials and labor, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The project requires the removal of a 3,400 square foot wood construction, two and a half story structure with no basement. • The structure has been exposed to environmental elements for an extended period and has accumulated building materials and trash debris. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a lump sum price for the demolition and site cleanup services. • The project must be substantially completed by January 30, 2026. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, or to reject all proposals, and to waive any formalities.
