J066--Intent to Solicit From Single Source FACSLyric and FACSLoader Service Agreement

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a single source contract with Becton Dickinson and Company (BD) for an annual service agreement for the BD FACSLyric Flow Cytometry System Equipment. The contract will be a firm fixed-price purchase order and will support the Central Virginia VA Health Care System.
