Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a vendor to supply, install, and support Rational iCombi® Pro commercial combi ovens (electric and gas models) for VA medical‑center food‑service operations nationwide. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price requirements contract (base year plus up to four optional years). The scope includes delivery of the ovens, warranties, water‑filtration systems, installation kits, on‑site chef training, pre‑installation site consultations, certified installation services, consumable cleaning products, and a suite of preventive‑maintenance service plans (labor‑only, labor + parts, and labor + parts + corrective). Vendors must be U.S.‑based, provide OEM‑authorized documentation, embed a 3 % SLA fee in pricing, and submit a Salient Characteristics compliance chart. No set‑aside or recovery‑act funds are involved.
