Twin Bridges Maintenance

The City of Hayward is seeking a qualified contractor to perform landscape maintenance services for the Twin Bridges area. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide complete, continuous maintenance of existing automatic and manual irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and groundcover. The contractor will be responsible for performing duties such as weed abatement, irrigation repair and controller programming, litter pick-up, mulching, shrub and tree trimming, and general cleanup. The contractor will also be required to submit a quarterly maintenance report to the City and a monthly quality assessment report to the HOA. • Shrubs • Irrigation • Trees • Mulch • Litter • Walkway The City is looking for a contractor with experience in landscape maintenance, a valid California C-27 contractor’s license, and at least one employee with a California State chemical Applicator’s License. The contractor must also have experience with CalSense controllers and be registered with the CA Department of Industrial Relations.
