Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide a Thermo Scientific 1500 Series A2 Class II, Type A2 Biological Safety Cabinet and accessories. The cabinet must be delivered and set up at the TVHS, Veteran Administration Nashville Campus. The contractor shall provide white glove delivery and installation services. The award will be made based on the best price for the total cost of all brand name items.
• The contractor must be an authorized distributor or reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
• The contractor must provide all software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance under this contract.
• The contractor must deliver and set up the equipment within a reasonable time frame after the award of the contract.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes the estimated delivery date, price, and any discount terms.
