Description
The Austin Community College District (ACC) is soliciting a Request for Qualification (RFQ) from qualified and interested firms for Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Engineering Services. The selected firm will provide services on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. The scope of work includes geotechnical investigation, construction materials testing, and special inspection services. The firm will be required to have a Texas-licensed professional engineer on staff and demonstrate experience in providing similar services to community colleges, institutions of higher education, and other governmental entities.
• The firm will provide geotechnical and CMT engineering services as needed, with no minimum or maximum number of services specified.
• The firm will assign at least one person with significant project and management experience to serve as the primary point of contact to ACC for all potential work assignments.
• The firm will participate in periodic site visits, construction observations, and technical review meetings to support project execution and ensure quality assurance.
