Description
The Air Force Drug Testing Laboratory (AFDTL) is seeking quotes for thermal transfer print labels. The labels are used for accessioning and tracking approximately 800,000 forensic toxicology specimens annually. The contract will be a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The required label characteristics include thermal transfer type, 1-3/4 inches wide and 3/4 inches high, white color, permanent adhesive, and compatibility with Zebra ZT610 printer. The vendor is expected to supply up to 800 rolls per year, with 6,000 labels per roll.
• The quote should include the price per roll, pricing validity for the 5-year period, and delivery/shipping information.
• The government intends to establish a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement with all responsible offerors that are determined to be technically acceptable and whose prices are determined to be fair and reasonable.
• The award will be based on the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote.
• The vendor must provide all required documents and comply with all quote instructions to be considered responsive to this RFQ.
