MiSeq i100 Plus

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) is seeking a comprehensive full-service maintenance/repair plan for a PacBio Vega sequencer. The plan must include full coverage for OEM parts and labor, no-cost replacement of proprietary reagents, on-site preventative maintenance, remote technical support, and control software and hardware updates. The contract will be for a base year with 2 option years, with pricing across all years. The NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). • Full coverage for OEM parts and labor/travel for OEM certified and authorized service technicians. • No-cost replacement of proprietary reagents lost upon hardware failure and troubleshooting. • One on-site preventative maintenance (PM) visit done IAW OEM standards/requirements by OEM certified and authorized service technician(s). • Remote technical support from OEM certified and authorized service technician(s). • On-site response by OEM certified and authorized service technician(s) within 3-5 business days of an issue with the hardware’s performance. • Control software and hardware updates IAW OEM standards/requirements. • On-site applications support and remote monitoring.
