IDIQ MACC Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Northern and Central California and Nevada

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking sources for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for general construction projects located in Central California, Northern California, and Nevada. The contract will be for a period of two years with three option periods of one year each, for a total maximum duration of five years. The estimated maximum dollar value for all contracts combined is $249,000,000. The contract will be awarded to Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HubZone) Small Business concerns. The scope of work includes new construction, renovation, and repair of commercial and institutional facilities at various government installations.
