The contract is a one‑year, firm‑price procurement with optional two‑year extensions, requiring delivery to four filter‑plant locations within a tight 48‑hour response window after release. Bidders must submit a sealed bid by the deadline, include required certifications, and meet strict safety, packaging, and compliance standards.
• Product must meet AWWA Spec. B60316 and ANSI/NSF 60; supplied in 25 kg (≈ 55 lb) buckets.
