Gutter Replacement at Lewisville Elementary, Great Falls High, and Great Falls Elementary

The Chester County School District is seeking a contractor to provide a complete, turn-key gutter replacement solution for three schools: Lewisville Elementary, Great Falls High, and Great Falls Elementary. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and cleanup necessary to complete the project. The scope of work includes replacing gutters at the following locations: Great Falls High School (approximately 146,329 sq. ft.), Great Falls Elementary School (approximately 70,954 sq. ft.), and Lewisville Elementary School (approximately 79,813 sq. ft.).
