Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation

The Town of Highland Beach is seeking a contractor to fully rehabilitate Lift Station No. 2. The scope covers civil, mechanical, and electrical work, including removal and replacement of various valve components, pump system upgrades, control panel replacement, and site restoration activities. This contract requires provision of a bypass pumping system and adherence to safety and access requirements. • Civil: Elevate wet well, grading, vegetation removal, sodding, fence/gate removal and re‑installation, site restoration. • Mechanical: Replace gate and check valves, pump guide rails, install pipe supports, provide bypass pumping system, install new access hatches with fall protection. • Electrical: Replace lift‑station control panel, install new termination boxes, equipment racks, grounding, and level floats.
