RCT Parking Lot Expansion

Rural Community Transportation, Inc. (RCT) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the completion of a parking lot expansion at its Lyndonville, VT facility. The project includes site plan development, permitting, construction, and project management. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all contract requirements and completing the project on-time and on-budget. The proposal should include a cover letter, firm/contractor technical capacity, references, project schedule, project pricing, certifications, and insurance certificates. • The project requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the paving industry. • The contractor must provide all services outlined in the scope of work in-house without the use of subcontractors. • The contractor must have commercial general liability insurance, commercial automobile insurance, and workers compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with the Davis Bacon prevailing wages and weekly payroll requirements. • The contractor must provide weekly payroll records during the duration of the project to RCT for certification of compliance with Davis Bacon and prevailing wage requirements.
