W912DR18D0003 - W912DR21F0329: Notice of Intent to Extend the Period of Performance

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District (NAB) intends to award a contract modification to Leidos, Inc. for architect-engineer environmental services at the Former Nansemond Ordnance Depot in Suffolk, Virginia. The modification will extend the period of performance by 2 years and 8 months to allow Leidos, Inc. to complete the highly specialized services originally awarded under the task order. The services include completion of a field scale treatability study, proposed plan, and record of decision in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) at the TNT Area designated as Source Area 1, as well as completion of other deliverables such as feasibility studies, proposed plans, and record of decisions at Project 17 and 19 and Nansemond River Beachfront designated as Source Area 15. • The contract modification is for architect-engineer environmental services. • The services are being performed at the Former Nansemond Ordnance Depot in Suffolk, Virginia. • The modification will extend the period of performance by 2 years and 8 months. • The services include completion of a field scale treatability study, proposed plan, and record of decision in accordance with CERCLA. • Leidos, Inc. is considered the only responsible source to complete the non-severable requirement.
