Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission is seeking firms to provide building commissioning services for the renovation of the Industrial Technologies building at Georgia Northwestern Technical College. The project includes the renovation of existing lab spaces, classrooms, offices, and storage areas, as well as exterior improvements such as a new entrance, walkway, and roof. The selected firm will be responsible for developing an Owner's Project Requirements document, reviewing the Design Professional's Basis of Design information, and providing commissioning services during the design and construction phases. The firm will also be required to coordinate with other entities, including the Design Professional and Construction Manager, and to provide training and documentation to the facility staff.
