High Pressure Gas Facility (HPGF) Air Dryer Refurbishment

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Lectrodryer for the refurbishment of the High Pressure Gas Facility (HPGF) Air Dryer. Lectrodryer is the original equipment manufacturer and has the proprietary design knowledge, specialized refurbishment capability, and access to OEM specific components required for the refurbishment. The scope of work relies on OEM expertise, proprietary parts, and integration with previously supplied Lectrodryer equipment. • The refurbishment includes the main globe valves, instrumentation upgrades, custom fabricated piping, and other components. • Lectrodryer is the only source with the necessary expertise and components to perform the refurbishment. • The acquisition will be made under FAR 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • Responsible sources may submit a capability statement by the notice closing date for consideration of a competitive basis.
