The Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) Recreation Center is seeking a qualified contractor to fully resurface and retile its indoor swimming pool. The work includes verification of existing dimensions, removal of existing plaster, installation of new LED lights, replacement of various pool fixtures, application of a high‑performance plaster finish, and installation of new non‑skid tile lane markings and ramps.
