Mini Split Unit

The City of Tampa is seeking a 3 Ton mini split unit to create a conditioned space for a small warehouse. The contractor is required to provide a wall-mounted 3 ton mini split that can be mounted on a concrete CMU wall, along with all necessary components for mounting the condenser to an exterior concrete wall and the air handler to an interior concrete wall. The exterior mounting system must be robust enough to withstand hurricane wind conditions. The contractor is only responsible for providing the material and equipment, as the installation will be handled by others. • The unit must have a SEER rating of 18 or higher and be rated for a 240V breaker. • The system must come with a thermostat and controller. • The system must have at least 20ft of precharged lines for easy installation. • The disconnect provided must be outdoor-rated and have a physical disconnect lever on the exterior of the box. The City of Tampa reserves the right to cancel, reject any and/or all quotes, or to waive irregularities and accept that quote which is the lowest and best.
