Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and install a two‑unit 4‑ton mini‑split HVAC system at Fire Station #3, including all associated electrical, plumbing, and minor structural work. The contractor must also remove an existing shop heater and safely cap its gas line, then commission the new equipment to ensure full functionality.
• Provide and install two 48,000 BTU mini‑split systems (condensers and indoor air handlers).
• Run new copper refrigerant lines inside line‑hide covers, install required electrical circuits, and connect condensate drainage to an indoor drain.
• Perform start‑up, testing, and verification of system performance.
• Remove existing shop heater on the second floor and cap the gas line safely.
• Complete any necessary structural modifications while minimizing disruption to the building.
