Description
The Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority (KCEAA) is seeking bids to supply, install, and commission three new commercial rooftop gas‑pack HVAC units at its administrative office and two ambulance stations. The contractor must remove existing equipment, handle disposal, obtain any required permits, and provide complete documentation post‑installation. Eligible manufacturers are Carrier (including House Brands), York, and Rheem. Bidders must submit a sealed envelope with a 5 % bid bond and meet insurance, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Replace three rooftop HVAC gas‑pack units at three separate locations.
• Removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units, thermostats, disconnects, and curb adapters.
• Contractor responsible for sizing, permitting, and ensuring compliance with BOCA, ASTM, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, and WV codes.
