Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed contract to The[BRIEF]lab, a subsidiary, for a specific service. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Interested parties who believe they can provide the subject services should contact Laura Over via email and submit a written response describing their ability to provide the service. • The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. • The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. • Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
