6515--Totalift Chair Stretcher

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to acquire thirteen Totalift Transfer Chairs for the Pain Clinic at the Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. The chairs must be hydraulic, have variable inclines, and be able to function as a stretcher, chair, and lateral transfer device. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the chairs. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. • The contract includes requirements for the chairs, such as safety straps, mattresses, head rests, IV poles, and upper side rails. • The contractor must provide on-site setup of the chairs. • The contractor must notify the Government Point of Contact (POC) of any defects in the equipment. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations.
