Property Maintenance Demolitions - 6 Locations

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of six locations. The project requires the demolition of properties at 6708 Mack Street, 1606 Jules Street, 2007 Jamesport Street, 2019 Union Street, 2601 Mary Street, and 4604 King Hill Avenue. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system.
