RFP 27-003 LBK VILLAGE PHASE 3 - DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - DESIGN AND PERMITTING

The Town of Longboat Key is soliciting qualified engineering firms to provide design and permitting services for drainage improvements in the Phase 3 area of the Longboat Key Village neighborhood. This effort addresses flood risk from sea‑level rise, king tides, and heavy rainfall, and must comply with Federal grant procurement regulations. The selected firm will develop engineering plans, acquire necessary permits, and coordinate with local and federal agencies. • Scope includes hydraulic analysis, preliminary and detailed design of storm‑water infrastructure, and preparation of permit applications. • Work must meet Florida Statute 287.055 (CCNA) and FEMA/Uniform Administrative Requirements for Federal Awards. • The contract is a professional services engagement; no construction execution is required.
