Request for Proposal - Engineering Services - Glen Lyn Park & Campground Infrastructure

The County of Giles is seeking a qualified professional engineering consulting firm to provide complete design services for repairing flood‑damaged infrastructure at Glen Lyn Park and its campground. The scope includes developing detailed engineering designs, preparing bid documents, and providing construction‑administration support in accordance with federal guidelines. This work will enable the County to issue construction contracts and restore the recreational facilities for public use. • Design of park and campground infrastructure (trail, drainage, utilities, etc.) impacted by Hurricane Helene • Preparation of bid packages and assistance with the bidding process • Construction administration and oversight to ensure compliance with design specifications and federal standards • Coordination with County staff throughout the project lifecycle
