Purchase of Large Ultrasonic Water Meters

The City of Pomona Water Department is seeking bids for the purchase of Large Ultrasonic Water Meters for the City’s potable water system to be awarded a 5-year contract. All products must be new and unused. The specified quantities listed are the department’s estimated annual usage that will be ordered on an as-needed basis throughout the year. Key features of the meters include compliance with AWWA Standard C715, factory installed measuring elements, and low flow measurement accuracy. • The contract period shall be for five (5) years commencing upon approval by the City of Pomona City Council. • The successful bidder will be required to obtain a City of Pomona business license. • Freight terms shall be F.O.B. Destination and delivered to the Water Resources Department warehouse. • The City reserves the right to change the Schedule of Events without prior notice or responsibility to Bidders. • Bidders must be listed on the City of Pomona's "prospective bidders list" on PlanetBids in order to participate in this bid.
