RFP - Copy Paper

The Van Buren Intermediate School District is seeking bids for copy paper to be delivered to eight separate school district locations within Van Buren County, Michigan, and one location within Cass County, Michigan. The bid quotes are exempt from Federal and State taxes and guaranteed for 90 calendar days. The contract requires the bidder to provide a sample of the paper with their bid and to disclose any familial relationship with the school district's Board of Education or Superintendent. The bidder must also comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. • The bid must include the price per case of multipurpose copy paper, 8 ½ x 11 inches, 20 lb., 92 TAPPI brightness, 500 sheets/ream, 10 reams/case. • The bidder must provide a completed "Affidavit of Bidder Familial Relationship" and "Affidavit of compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act" with their bid. • The bidder must clearly mark the bid "COPY PAPER 2026 BID" on the outside of the sealed envelope and mail it to the Director of Finance & Operations at the Van Buren Intermediate School District. • The bidder must also mail a paper sample to the Director of Finance & Operations.
