Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide appraisal services for the Fountain Place property, located in El Dorado County, California. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, personnel, travel, and completing all requirements of the contract, including performance of professional services. The appraisal must be developed in accordance with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The contractor must have a State-Certified General Appraisal License in California, or have the ability to obtain a Temporary Practice Permit within the State. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
• Appraisal and appraisal report for the market value of the property
• Inspection of the subject property
• Research of market data and sales
• Development of a written report
The report must be digitally signed, prohibiting content changes but allowing content copying, and in a searchable .pdf format.
