Gas Line Relocation

The Virginia Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to provide all materials, equipment, and labor required to relocate an existing 1 ¼‑inch HDPE LPG gas line at the Pocahantas State Correctional Center. The scope includes removal of the current line, installation of a new line in a different location, and testing to ensure safe operation. • Provide and furnish all necessary HDPE pipe, fittings, and ancillary equipment. • Perform excavation, back‑filling, and site restoration in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. • Conduct pressure testing, leak detection, and final certification of the relocated gas line.
