Description
The City of Eugene is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the installation of security fencing at the south yard of the Public Works maintenance facility. The work includes supplying the security fence and gate material, installation of fence with 3 strand barbed wire top assembly, installation of 14’ wide vehicle gate with 3 strand barbed wire top assembly, and concrete mow strip per plans and specifications. The project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates and other regulations.
• The project involves the installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of new 8 ft tall anti climb high security fence with 3 strand barbed wire top assembly.
• The project includes the installation of one 14 ft wide vehicle gate with 3 strand barbed wire top assembly.
• The project requires minor surface preparation, shipping, and final site cleanup per plans and specifications.
• The contractor must comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates.
• The contractor must provide a performance bond and payment bond each in a sum equal to the Contract Price or Order Price.
