Description
The Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a Connection Cable that connects HiPace Turbo Pump. The laboratory is inviting potential offerors to submit a firm fixed price proposal/quote for the connection cable. The proposal should include a quote, representations and certifications, and any exceptions to the terms and conditions listed in the solicitation. The laboratory will make an award based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal.
Some key points to consider are:
• The connection cable should meet the specifications outlined in the Bill of Materials in Attachment D.
• The proposal should include a completed and signed copy of the Abbreviated Representations and Certifications document.
• Any exceptions to the terms and conditions should be explained and alternate solutions should be provided.
• The proposal should be submitted via email to the procurement officer by 5:00 PM EST on 11/24/2025.
