Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide both parts and labor for the maintenance and repair of pressure washers used by its Motor Vehicle Maintenance Division. The contract covers supplying authorized replacement parts, guaranteeing labor, and delivering services within a defined geographic radius, with all shipping costs included in unit prices. The award will go to the lowest‑qualified bidder meeting all warranty, geographic, and brand‑service requirements.
• Must be an authorized dealer/distributor for Landa, Hotsy, Karcher (or equivalents) pressure washers.
• Provide a minimum 6‑month parts warranty and a 12‑month (delivery) / 6‑month (installation) labor warranty.
• All labor, including welding, fasteners, shop supplies, and environmental charges, must be bundled in the labor rate.
• Vendor must be located within 50 miles of ZIP 44105 (Cleveland, OH).
• Bids must include latest manufacturer price lists, parts discounts, labor rates, and be submitted electronically to the specified email by the deadline.
