Fleet Equipment Use Record Envelopes

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 2,500 Fleet Equipment Use Record Envelopes. The envelopes must be printed with specific designs and requirements, including a trim size of 6 x 9", face and back printing, and a quality level of 4. The vendor must also provide electronic proofs and samples for approval before production.
