2026 Request for Proposals Engineering Grant Services

The City of Madison is seeking proposals from engineering firms to provide services for a potential FY 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The project aims to perform street, drainage, water, and/or sewer improvements. Responding firms should have a strong record in assisting local governments with CDBG programs and be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia. The proposal should include information such as the firm's history, resources, experience with CDBG programs, key personnel, and fees. • The project may be subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) and requires products purchased in connection with infrastructure projects to be produced in the United States. • The City of Madison abides by Federal and State contract provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and various laws related to HUD Assisted Projects. • Proposals should be received no later than 4:00 PM on January 19, 2026. • The City of Madison reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
