LAU 131AA Launcher

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to procure a LAU 131AA Launcher on a sole source basis from Arnold Defense and Electronics, LLC. The launcher is required to integrate with established mechanical and electrical interfaces and support the approved system configuration without extensive redesign, requalification, and flight testing. The contract will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis, and all costs associated with the requirement must be included in the quoted price. • The contract requires the delivery of one lot of the LAU 131AA Launcher. • The contractor must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer confirming that they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the warranty and payment clauses. • The government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. • The contractor must provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty, if applicable. • The contractor must extend to the government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the government.
