The City of Tampa is seeking quotes for the provision of Sig Sauer SOFEC001 flashlights for police officers. The quotes must be submitted electronically through OpenGov, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. The selected vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the City's Ethics Code and non-discrimination policies. • The quote must include the price for 50 Sig Sauer SOFEC001 flashlights. • The vendor must be an authorized Florida re-seller of Sig Sauer flashlights. • The City reserves the right to add to or delete any item from this bid or resulting award. • The City reserves the right to cancel, reject any and/or all quotes, or to waive irregularities and accept that quote which is the lowest and best.
