Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for a forklift and a fork positioner. The successful bidder will be required to provide the specified equipment, with the brand and model number specified in the bid. The contract may be extended for up to 36 months. The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights, accessibility, and environmental protection.
• The forklift must be a Tailift or equal, model PFD30 or equal, with an automatic side shifter/fork positioner.
• The fork positioner must be compatible with the forklift.
• The bidder must provide descriptive information, such as illustrations and technical data, to demonstrate the quality and suitability of the equipment.
• The bidder must comply with the provisions of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other applicable federal laws and regulations.
• The bidder must be registered in the LaGov system and have a valid W-9 form on file.
• The bidder must submit their bid online via the vendor portal or by fax to the specified number.
• The bidder must certify that their price was independently arrived at without collusion.
