Ft. Carson Postwide Refuse and Recycle Contract

The U.S. Army is issuing an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide refuse and recycling services across Fort Carson and surrounding counties in Colorado. The solicitation is set‑aside for SBA 8(a) participants and will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source‑selection method. Bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM MDT on July 27, 2026. The contract will cover approximately 137,000 acres and more than 1,100 buildings, requiring regular waste collection, recycling, and related disposal activities.
