Description
The USDA is seeking a contractor to perform solvent storage building envelope and steam tunnel repairs at the Eastern Regional Research Center in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including OSHA and NFPA codes. The project requires a site visit, and the contractor must provide a detailed schedule of work and notify the Contracting Officer of any changes or issues. The contract duration is 180 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
