The City of Columbus, Finance and Management Department is seeking competitive sealed‑bid quotations for the purchase, delivery, and warranty service of four new mobile elevating platforms: two Skyjack electric scissor lifts (SJ3219 E and SJ3226 E), one Skyjack vertical mast lift (SJ12 E), and one JLG towable boom lift (T350). Vendors must be authorized manufacturers’ dealers, provide a minimum two‑year warranty on scissor and mast lifts (one‑year/ five‑year structural warranty on the boom lift), and submit five‑year experience documentation with four verified references. Pricing must be firm, fixed, FOB destination with freight prepaid, and all required documentation (experience, references, warranty, literature, manuals) must be uploaded as PDFs.
