Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (on behalf of the Department of the Army – Montana Army National Guard) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, produce, and install two full‑wrap graphics for 2025 Mirage XE Cargo 7×14 trailers. The contractor must provide live‑text editable artwork, print on 2‑3 mil cast vinyl with UV‑resistant 4‑color ink, use specified film and over‑laminate, and install the wraps in‑house with 3M‑Certified installers. All work, including design proofs, production, delivery, installation, and final digital deliverables, must be completed by October 23 2026.
• Design and provide editable artwork reflecting Army branding and recruiting messages.
• Print two complete trailer wraps using specified white 2‑3 mil vinyl, UV‑resistant 4‑color inks, and Scotch‑cal Gloss over‑laminate.
• Perform in‑house installation on the two trailers (no subcontracting), with 3M‑Certified installers, ensuring a bubble‑free finish.
• Deliver a final “Optimized for Press” PDF and provide photos and signed installation sheets after completion.
